Can I buy a printed keychain or an STL file?
The studio offers a printed keychain for delivery and, when enabled, a personalised STL pack for printing yourself. Check the purchase options and current price shown beside your design.
What is in the personalised STL pack?
The download includes the combined model, separate base and lettering files, design details and printing notes. STL files describe the shape; you choose the actual materials and print settings in your slicer.
What should I check before ordering?
Review the spelling, capitalisation, font, spacing, colours and quantity. The live model shows the overall dimensions. Screen colours are a guide and can differ from the printed material.
How do I get my paid STL download?
Follow the download link on your payment confirmation page after payment is verified. Keep the confirmation link in the same browser. If you need help later, contact PGLAB with your order number.
